I find that the way I start my day off can make or break how the rest of it goes. I always try to start my day with something that makes me feel good, energized and wakes me up. One thing that helps me do that is drinking a glass of warm lemon water in the morning. Thus far, I haven’t been able to turn this into a daily habit – mainly because I do a lot of travelling during the weekends and it gets really difficult to get into a solid routine.
I have read tons of articles and blogs that say Lemon water is supposed to help with digestion, clean toxins from the body, and clear your skin. I’m not exactly sure if it actually does all of this, but I do know that it makes me feel good and helps set the tone for the rest of the day!
